Chock rear wheels for safety. 
Front (transmission end) bushing completely shot. 
Rear (shift lever end) bushing still there. 
Shift rod, transmission lever, and bushings on bench. 
Pressing new bushing into transmission lever. 
New bushing, shift lever end. 
New bushing, transmission end. Be sure starter lockout/backup lights switch (neutral safety switch) is back in place on transmission lever.
